Dr. Darcy Cruikshank loves orthodontics and caring deeply for her patients. Inspired by her father, Dr. David Cruikshank, she provides the very best care, remaining focused on outstanding results. Dr. Darcy informally began her orthodontic training early, spending summers helping out in her dad’s orthodontic practice.
After graduating Glencoe High School, she attended Rice University on a volleyball scholarship. While at Rice University, Dr. Cruikshank was named an NCAA Division I Academic All-American in volleyball. After earning her college degree magna cum laude, Dr. Darcy continued her education at Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she was awarded her dental degree, magna cum laude. During her years in dental school, Dr. Cruikshank was awarded first place by the American Association of Dental Educators (ADEA) for her research. Dr. Cruikshank completed her orthodontic training at the University of Washington.
When she’s not here in the office, Dr. Cruikshank enjoys a wide range of interests (travel, walking, hiking, reading and music). She loves attending Timber games with husband, Justin and son, Matteo. She is thankful to serve the communities surrounding Forest Grove and Hillsboro. While Dr. Cruikshank clearly excels in the academic aspects of orthodontics, it’s her compassion, kind demeanor, and desire for treatment excellence that sets her apart; that, and her warm smile. Come in and find out for yourself.
